IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT regarding convention hotel room reservations.

This update comes directly from The Legacy today:

Apologies for any confusion regarding the rooms block!

Here is the most up to date pick-up report. This is a breakdown of how many rooms are left in the block for each of the mentioned nights. To be clear, just because the printout says there are rooms available, it doesn't necessarily mean that the SAME room type is available for all of the dates. A king room may only be available for 2 of those 4 days, or a double queen room may only be available on the 24th but not the previous dates.

We have added 13 more room nights since the last pick-up report was sent, and most have been booked now. We are completely sold out on the evenings of the 21st and 24th.

June 21st: 6 rooms

June 22nd: 4 rooms

June 23rd: 3 rooms

June 24th: 14 rooms

• a discounted base room rate of $239 per night (taxes & fees will be added at the time of booking), if you mention SONS OF THE DESERT. This base price will be available from check in June 18 thru check out June 29, 2026. Some dates are very limited.

• a special discounted parking rate of $20 per vehicle (with in/out privileges) for overnight convention guests. Please inquire at the front desk.

• a separate special discounted parking rate will be offered to delegates with day passes of $15 per day/event.
