The sonsfestsd2026 organizers strongly prefer paper registration submissions via postal service.

We recognize that certain delegates may not have access to a printer, so we are providing the option of submitting this form through the website. All payments will have to be paid manually through the mail to Dave Greim. Note for PayPal users: no link to PayPal will be provided here. The PayPal user will have to contact Dave Greim at: jolie116mm@aol.com, then logon to their own account & follow the instructions accordingly. Please only one registration form per person. When is your birthday? (If it falls on dates close to or within the convention dates. This is voluntary. The year is not required)

This is voluntary. We want to recognize all veterans, regardless of country. Bring a photo to display if you wish. Thank you for your service!

Convention t-shirts in adult sizes. $25 each. Please indicate quantity,

Entree Menu Choices for hotel banquet. Included with convention. If you require specific dietary preferences, please notify the events manager directly upon making your reservation. Please understand that they may not be able to accommodate every need.
Dealer's Room Requirements $40 per table/per day (Sunday-Thursday). Monday is free. Room will be secured. Storage area included for all days. May setup on Sunday afternoon, with teardown on Wednesday afternoon.

  1. Personal check or money order made payable to DAVE GREIM (Convention Chairman). Please indicate "sonsfestsd2026" or "sdconvention" in the memo section. Terms and Conditions

  1. All registration fees must be paid in US dollars $ (USD) via personal check, money order or PayPal.

  2. Important notes for all PayPal users: please indicate "personal gift for family & friends" before sending payment to avoid additional fees to sender or the receiver (Robert Greim). Please add an additional 5% to process an international PayPal order.

  3. A USD charge of $50 will be made to customer for any returned checks.

  4. A USD cancellation fee of $50 will be made to customer, plus cost of converting moneys into foreign funds, if applicable.

  5. Only one sonsfestsd2026 convention registration form per person. However, payments may be combined regardless of method of payment. If payments are combined, please mail the convention forms together to Dave Greim.

  6. Early bird pricing is $400 USD for a FULL CONVENTION PASS, fully paid by January 15, 2026. From January 16- April 15, 2026, the price will be $450. From April 16- May 31, 2026, the price will be $475.

  7. The cutoff date for convention registration is May 31, 2026.

  8. Cancellations in writing with signature confirmation (required) will be accepted, if postmarked by June 4, 2026.

  9. Full refunds may be issued (if necessary) until May 31, 2026.

  10. Partial refunds will be issued (minus $50) may be issued from May 22 through June 7, 2026.

  11. No refunds whatsoever will be issued after June 7, 2026.

  12. If an event is unattended without written approval prior to cancellation, the cost of which is included in the registration fee, there will not be any entitlement to any refund for that event.

  13. Sonsfestsd2026 Convention Committee Members, Sponsors, Representatives, Volunteers or any Legacy Hotel Staff Member cannot be held responsible monetarily or otherwise for any fees lost or injury incurred while traveling to, attending, or returning from the San Diego Convention.

  14. Any or all convention events, including any pre or post-convention events may be subject to change or cancellation due to unforseen circumstances (if circumstances dictate) and if needed, without prior notice, after approval by the sonsfestsd2026 Chairman (Dave Greim) and/or Committee Members.

Sonsfestsd2026 convention hotel reservations opens on July 1, 2025.

Please make your hotel reservations directly with The Legacy, either online legacyresortandspa.com or by phone.

A special link or code will be provided at the appropriate time to make a reservation directly. The link/code will be shown on the convention website by July 1, 2025. When making the hotel reservation online or by phone, please indicate that you are with the SONS OF THE DESERT to obtain the special convention room rate of $239 USD per night. The total hotel room price including taxes & fees is: $274.76 The special room rate will be inclusive of these dates: Thursday, June 18 through Sunday, June 28, 2026. Hotel check in is at 3pm. Check out is 11am. The Legacy is offering a special discounted parking rate of $15 (normally $32) per vehicle/per day with in/out privileges for all sonsfestsd2026 delegates. If you require special assistance at the hotel, wheelchairs are available on a first come-first serve basis.The Legacy International Resort meets all necessary ADA requirements.
