We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.0 guidelines. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. We used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues. The language of this site is English. We added alternative text to all images used on this site and we reduced the use of motion on the site.
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to the organization, and instead belong to Google Maps. The following page is affected by this: Getting Around San Diego. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for this page.
Accessibility arrangements at sonsfestsd2026
All Accessibility Arrangements for sonsfestsd2026 have been arranged with The Legacy Resort and Spa, Royal Charters LLC, USS Midway Museum and City Experiences AKA City Cruises San Diego. More specific arrangements are as follows:
1. The Legacy Resort and Spa (The Legacy Hotel) will provide for free, a limited number of wheelchairs for the delegates of sonsfestsd2026 on a first come, first serve basis. A limited number of "special assistance" or "ADA Compatible" rooms will also be available the delegates on a first come-first serve basis. Public elevators are on site in multiple building at the venue. In addition, a limited number of disabled parking spaces will be provided on a first come-first serve basis. All hotel rooms, restrooms, restaurant and bar, swimming pool, event center and common areas inside and outside the hotel within the resort property, meet and comply with all federal, state and local ADA requirements. The Legacy also offers a limited number of accessible parking spaces on a first come-first serve basis.
2. Royal Charters Bus Company, LLC will provide access to those with special needs upon loading and unloading the buses and other transportation. Volunteers of sonsfestsd2026 will also assist those with special needs upon loading and unloading the buses. Royal Charters, LLC will meet and comply with all federal, state and local ADA requirements.
3. The USS Midway Museum will provide accessible restrooms and most common areas will meet and comply with all federal, state and local ADA requirements. Public elevators are located throughout the ship and museum. Please note: the USS Midway Museum has certain areas that are not accessible to the general public. In addition, there are certain limited common areas that are also not accessible to those with special needs of the disabled public.
4. City Experiences AKA City Cruises San Diego will provide limited seating in certain common areas to those who need "special assistance". They will also provide ADA accessible restrooms. Common areas available to the public will meet and comply with all federal, state and local ADA requirements.

What Personal Information We Collect About You- sonsfestsd2026 gathers Personal Data for the sole purpose of fulfilling our responsibility to provide you with requested products, materials or services, and for communicating with our delegates to send and receive information pertaining to registration of this one-time event and to answer any questions about said event. We will share results driven by partner support, and request partner support with The Legacy Hotel and City Cruises San Diego. Personal information can include information such as your legal name, communication preferences, Facebook profile name, email address, postal address, military/veteran/rank information, , IP address, telephone number, mobile number, date of birth, emergency contact information, menu and dietary preferences, shirt size, and general ADA requirements, so we can submit reservations information to sonsfestsd2026 and The Legacy Hotel. This can occur when you: ask about our activities, register with us for information, sign up for publications or newsletters, submit a testimonial, purchase an item from the dealer's room, purchase services,telephone, write, contact us online or text us, or therwise provide us with your personal information. We do not collect or share any sensitive personal information about our delegates unless there is a clear reason for doing so and if we receive permission in writing from the convention delegate. We use specific individuals and service providers such as direct mailing to Dave Greim (Convention Chairman), the sonsfestsd2026 Committee, and The Legacy Hotel, mobile marketing providers, and website builder Wix.com, to help us provide you with our services. We may give relevant persons within these service providers access to your personal information, but only to allow them to perform their authorized services for us. These service providers and spcific individuals are based in the USA, however, we will endeavor to ensure that any data transfers inside or outside of the are carried out in compliance with relevant data protection legislation for the location you have specified as your place of legal residence, and that the processing of your data is subject to appropriate security measures.
How We May Use Your Information- We will not rent, swap or sell your personal information. The legal basis that we rely on for processing your data will depend upon the circumstances in which it is being collected and used, but will in most cases fall into one of the following categories:, Where you have provided your consent to allow us to use your data in a certain way, Where the processing is necessary to carry out for the performance of a contract with you, Where the processing is necessary in order for us to comply with a legal obligation such as reporting or where it is in our legitimate interests to perform our functions.

The meaning of a payment gateway is that it encrypts your bankcard information through the use of tokens, so we never keep your bankcard information in our records, however this does not pertain to this website.
