Terms and Conditions

 

  • Any or all convention events, including any pre or post-convention events may be subject to change or cancellation due to un-for-seen circumstances (if circumstances dictate) and if needed, without prior notice, after approval by the sonsfestsd2026 Chairman (Dave Greim) and/or Committee Members.

  • Sonsfestsd2026 Convention Committee Members, Sponsors, Representatives, Volunteers or any Legacy Hotel Staff Member cannot be held responsible monetarily or otherwise for any fees lost or injury incurred while traveling to, attending, or returning from the San Diego Convention.

  • If an event is unattended without written approval prior to cancellation, the cost of which is included in the registration fee, there will not be any entitlement to any refund for that event.

  • No refunds whatsoever will be issued after June 7, 2026.

  • Partial refunds will be issued (minus $50) may be issued from May 22 through June 7, 2026.

  • Cancellations in writing with signature confirmation (required) will be accepted, if postmarked by June 4, 2026.

  • The cutoff date for convention registration is June 7, 2026. 

  • Early-Bird price for a FULL CONVENTION PASS IS $400, if fully paid & postmarked by February 28, 2026.

  • From March  1- April 30, 2026, the price will be $450. From May 1-June 7, 2026, the price will be $475.

  • Only one sonsfestsd2026 convention registration form per person. However, payments may be combined regardless of method of payment. If payments are combined, please mail the convention forms together to Dave Greim.

  • A USD cancellation fee of $50 will be made to customer, plus cost of converting moneys into foreign funds, if applicable.

  • A USD charge of $50 will be made to customer for any returned checks.

  • Please indicate "personal gift for family & friends" before sending payment to avoid additional fees to sender or the receiver (Robert Greim). Please add an additional 5% to process an international PayPal order.

  • All registration fees must be paid in US dollars $ (USD) via personal check, money order or PayPal.
